The Bedford Premier League was established in 2002 to provide a fun, yet competitive Subbuteo environment for players in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area. The BPL is the largest Subbuteo League in Texas with 7 active players. The normal league season runs from September to May with tournaments spread out through the Summer. Summer tournaments include the Texas Cup, the Lone Star Open, the Bobby Moore Memorial, and the Old School Classic (played with the classic lightweight bases).

Just a note to the nannies. Complaining about the content on our website and then taking a veiled shot at the BPL on the ASA forum? That’s precious.
Quote from ASA website forum:
“As for the South hosting the National, the CLUB NAMED WITHHELD is working on that as well. We’ve been talking about putting together a sincere bid to host the National soon. We’re not taking it lightly, as it might have been taken in the past. If we say we’re going to do something, rest assured we will follow through with it. We’re more interested in playing subbuteo and hosting a good tournament than we are in posting inflammatory content on our website.”
So you don’t post inflammatory content on your site, you just save that for the ASA forum. Tough to win VP when you piss off half the region.
